The payment stub at the bottom of your Spectrum Utilities bill will tell you whether you are to pay Spectrum Utilities or your property manager)

 



PAY USING THE RESIDENT PORTAL ON THIS WEBPAGE

To set up a RESIDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT:

You will need your Spectrum account number, which is on your Spectrum bill.

 

  1.  Go to RESIDENT PORTAL above and click "Sign up";
  2.  Provide your "Profile Information";
  3.  Your email address will become your Username;
  4.  Enter your Spectrum account number from your bill;
  5.  An account verification email will be sent to your email - click the "Finalize" box in the email;
  6.  Create a Password and confirm it;
  7.  Click "Verify" and enter your email Username and Password to log in.


 

PAY USING THE RMRESIDENT APP

To get set up on the RMResident App:

You will need your Spectrum account number, which is on your Spectrum bill.
 

  1.  From the App Store or Google Play store, download the RMResident app;
  2. Open the app and enter the Company Code "Spectrum";
  3. If you already have a RESIDENT PORTAL account, the login credentials are the same, just log in;
  4.  If not, click "Sign Up," then type in your Profile Information;
  5.  Your email address will become your Username;
  6.  When asked for Account Validation, enter your Spectrum account number from your bill;
  7.  An account verification email will be sent to your email - click the "Finalize" box in the email;
  8.  Create a Password and confirm it;
  9.  Click "Verify" and enter your email Email & Password to log in.
  10. If your device has Face ID, that will work to log into this app.
