OTHER PAYMENT METHODS & TRANSACTION FEES:

You may pay Spectrum Utilities online through the RESIDENT PORTAL by clicking the "RESIDENT PORTAL" link above.

ACH payments on the RESIDENT PORTAL will not be assesed a transaction fee.

 

Credit card payments on the RESIDENT PORTAL will be assessed a convenience fee of 3.23%, added at the time of the payment. 

Payments made by phone to Spectrum will incur a $5 transaction fee at the time of payment. (Spectrum's payment phone number is on your bill).
 

You may also pay Spectrum Utilities from your bank account through doxo by right clicking on the following link and then selecting "Open Link in New Tab":

You may also use doxo to pay Spectrum Utilities by card (credit or debit). For card payments, doxo charges $2.75 minimum or 3% of the payment at the time of payment, whichever is higher.
Doxo does not assess a transaction fee for ACH payments.

A transaction fee of $1.95 may be applied to your NEXT utility bill from Spectrum for any payment you make through the RESIDENT PORTAL, or through other third party payment services like Checkfree, MARS, Doxo, etc. This $1.95 transaction fee will not be charged at the time of your payment because of the way these payment processors work.

 

You may also pay by cash with a $4 transaction fee at Walmart, Kroger, Check$mart, and many other locations. You must ask them to find your account with "PayLease Communities". Click on the following link to find locations near you:

HOW TO CREATE A RESIDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT:

You will need your four digit Spectrum account number, which is on your bill.
 

  1.  Go to RESIDENT PORTAL above and click "Sign up" at the bottom right;
  2.  Provide your "Profile Information";
  3.  Your email address will be your Username;
  4.  Enter your account number from your bill, or request it at support@spectrumsubmetering.com;
  5.  An account verification email will be sent to you - click the blue "Finalize" box in the email;
  6.  Create a Password and confirm it;
  7.  Click "Verify" and enter your email Username and Password to log in.
