PAY USING THE RMRESIDENT APP:
You may pay Spectrum Utilities Using the convenient RMResident app. See how to download and set up your account on the PAY YOUR BILL webpage. Your RESIDENT PORTAL login also works for the RMResident app.

You may also pay Spectrum Utilities from your bank account through doxo by right clicking on the following link and then selecting "Open Link in New Tab":

You may also use doxo to pay Spectrum Utilities by card (credit or debit). For card payments, doxo charges $2.75 minimum or 3% of the payment at the time of payment, whichever is higher.
Doxo does not assess a transaction fee for ACH payments.
A transaction fee of $1.95 may be applied to your NEXT utility bill from Spectrum for any payment you make through the RESIDENT PORTAL, or through other third party payment services like Checkfree, MARS, Doxo, etc. This $1.95 transaction fee will not be charged at the time of your payment because of the way these payment processors work.
CASHPAY LOCATIONS:
You may also pay by cash for a +/- $4 transaction fee at Walmart, Kroger, Check$mart, and many other locations. You must first set up a Cashpay account through Spectrum. To set up you Cashpay account, contact Spectrum at scahill@spectrumsubmetering.com or call Jackie at 602-274-1030, Option 5. Then all you will need to do is give your Cashpay account number to the Cashpay location staff. Click on the following link to find Cashpay locations near you:
